They have formed a duo group simply known as “THE SISTAS.” The Sistas would like to welcome you into their musical world to enjoy fresh and sophisticated musical selections designed with you in mind. Mona and her sister Kristi, ?”THE SOUNDS OF THE MOTOR CITY”, (A.K.A) The Sistas, are the founders and directors of their family own musical production companies, Hits City Productions corp. First Fruits Productions and The Sounds Of The Motor City. They were recently hired by Michele Rundgren, the wife of the well-known singer-songwriter Todd Rundgren, to organize a coral singing group to sing back up on the Todd Rundgren, Todd/ Healing concert at the Frauenthal Theater in Muskegon, Michigan, September 8, 2010. Combining their song writing, production, performance and arranging skills as well as their collaborative abilities, sometimes with other singers and musician’s makes for an incredible selection of fresh, new, energetic, sassy and sophisticated compilations that are sure to enhance the skills of any talented performer on the cutting edge of the music industry scene today. Mona and Kristi Sallie, The Sistas, specialty is to custom design their performance with the use of fully orchestrated backing tracks to fit the taste of the client. This provides an opportunity for the Sistas to have a big sound in an intimate setting as well as a large corporate event. The Sistas main objective is to provide a comfortable atmosphere for the client. The Sistas find by combining Jazz Standards during the cocktail/dining hour, then by adding familiar Adult Contemporary songs after dinner prepares your guest to loosen up and have fun. In the twilight of the evening people want to have fun and dance. The Sistas provide a great list of dance music which includes Rock, R&B / Motown with a little bit of Country music and Love Ballads which makes for a most enjoyable and pleasurable listening experience.
